This website is operated by Tümer Halı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Göksüncük Mah., O.S.B. 5. Bölge, 83528 Cad. No:3/1, 27600 Şehitkamil / Gaziantep, Türkiye. For enquiries from the United Kingdom, Tumer Limited (Company No. 13929293, 65 Broadway, London E15 4BQ) also acts as controller of the personal data you send us.
What we collect
When you contact us by email or through our enquiry form, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, country, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not ask for any special category data.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage our business relationship with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where an order follows, the performance of a contract.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled within the Tumer Carpet group (Tümer Halı, Filoteks and Tumer Limited). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Microsoft (Microsoft 365) delivers enquiry emails, and Cloudflare hosts this website.
International transfers
Enquiries may be handled by our teams in Türkiye and the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred between these countries, we take appropriate steps to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and in line with our legal record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@tumercarpet.com. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Residents of Türkiye may apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. All fonts and images are served from our own website. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam; it checks your browser and connection without advertising or tracking cookies. Videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you choose to play them, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may then set its own cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
