Integrated manufacturing in Gaziantep
Since 2003, our site in Gaziantep 5th Organised Industrial Zone has brought every stage of wall-to-wall carpet production together in two facing plants: 104,000 m² in total, 90,000 m² of it under roof. This gives us control over quality, lead times and capacity.

Process
From tufting to finished roll, on one site.
We use yarns and raw materials from leading producers in their sectors.
Tufting
High-capacity tufting lines produce cut, loop and combined constructions across gauges from 1/10" to 5/16".
Backing & finishing
Three backing lines apply the secondary backing and finish the carpet to specification: Action Back, felt, soft or PVC dot.
Finished-roll warehouse
High-bay racking holds up to 35,000 finished rolls, ready for container loading and direct shipment.
